How to maintain the internal mixer

Daily maintenance of the mixer:

(1) Cleaning: The mixer needs to be thoroughly cleaned after use, and the dirt inside and outside the machine are cleaned to ensure the normal operation of the machine;

 (2) Lubrication: According to the provisions of the instruction manual, the moving parts of the mixer are regularly lubricated to reduce wear and friction and extend the service life of the machine;

(3) Inspection: Regularly check whether all components of the mixer are normal, such as the tightness of the belt and chain, the tightening of each screw, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the machine;

(4) Replace: For consumable parts of the mixer, such as seals of top ram and copper rings , etc., to ensure the normal operation of the machine;

 (5) Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the mixer, clean up dust and dirt inside the equipment, and inspect electrical components to ensure the stability and reliability of the machine.
