How to maintain the open mill

1.Disassembly and cleaning

Thoroughly disassemble the rubber mixing mill machine, clean up impurities and debris from each component one by one, and ensure that no debris falls in when starting up. Disassembly should be thorough, cleaning should be meticulous, and debris should be avoided from affecting the startup. Fine cleaning should be carried out according to the structure of the components, and hard debris should be parked and sorted out in a timely manner to avoid damaging the machine.

2.Lubrication system inspection

Pay close attention to the oil supply situation of the lubrication system, ensure continuous oil supply, and regularly inject oil into the lubrication parts. It is necessary to ensure continuous lubrication and immediately deal with any bearing failure. If a bearing failure is found (such as burning the bearing), the vehicle should be stopped immediately and not shut down to avoid further damage.

3.Troubleshooting of burnt bearing shells

There are various reasons for burning the bearing shell, including lack of refueling, blocked oil circuit, and impurities mixed in. During processing, methods such as washing empty vehicles with mechanical oil and lubricating with disulfide key powder can be used. Due to various reasons causing the burning of the bearing shell, effective lubrication treatment is required.

4.Component lubrication and start-up

After replacing the accessories, lubricate the mechanical parts with grease. Pre lubrication is required before starting. First, start the oil pump for pre lubrication, and then start therubber mixing mill machine.

5.Roller distance and roller temperature adjustment

Adjust the roller distance by rotating the handwheel to ensure synchronization between the two wheels. After increasing the roller distance, reverse the handwheel a few turns to lock the position.
