How to maintain the rolling mill

2025-06-16

1.Check and maintain electrical components: When performing maintenance on the rubber calender machine of the rolling mill, not only should attention be paid to the cleanliness of the pipelines, but also the electrical parts should be checked for loose or damaged terminals. Any loose connections should be reinforced in a timely manner, and damaged components should also be replaced in a timely manner to ensure the safe and stable operation of the machine.

2.Check the lubrication system and hydraulic system: Before starting the main machine of the rolling mill, the lubrication system and hydraulic system should be started first to confirm that their pressure, temperature, and flow rate are normal before starting. At the same time, check all lubrication parts and add lubricating oil promptly if any deficiencies are found.

3.Cleaning the pump station casing, pipelines, and filters: Keep the pump station casing, pipelines, and filters clean, and avoid damaging the seals and connections when wiping with a soft cloth or brush. This helps to reduce the impact of impurities on the system and improve work efficiency

4.Check and replace hydraulic oil: Hydraulic oil must be selected according to the brand number specified in the manual and filtered through a filter screen before being added to ensure its purity; It is recommended to replace the hydraulic system every six months to one year to ensure its performance.

5.Sealing testing and maintenance: Regularly check the integrity of all sealing rings and other key components, as well as whether there is aging or deformation; Once any problems are discovered, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner to avoid losses caused by leaks

6.Environmental control and safe use: Store unused equipment properly in a dry and suitable temperature environment to prevent rusting or other damage; Strictly follow the relevant operating procedures and safety standards during use to avoid accidents caused by improper operation
