How to maintain the Rubber vulcanizing press machine ？

Check and repairing:
A、Check and maintenance daily
- 1）Check if proximity switch for mould closing sensitive or stable
- 2）Check the heating plate part,watch if they are fixed firmly and connection is short circuit
- 3）Check if there are leakage of oil pumps,pipes and valves
- 4）Check the height of oil level
- 5）Check the working condition of cooling fan
- 6）Check if there are abnormal sounds of oil pump,pipe ,valves etc
- 7）The machine start to run,The temperature of oil should be in the range of 35 degree to 50 degree.Please consider if the cooling fan is working normally if the temperature is higher.please to stop the machine when the temperature is so high.Otherwise,it is not estimated for future trouble
- 8）Check if the system pressure nomal
B、Check and maintenance weekly
- 1）If the solenoid valve is hot or not,check its vibration and connection
- 2）If the screw for position limit switch is loose or not
- 3）If the fittings loose or not
- 4）If the Filter blocked or not
C、Check and maintenance monthly
- 1）Check the oil contamination condition
- 2）Clean inside and outside of machine
- 3）Check the spiral screw,barrel
D、Check and maintenance yearly
- 1）If the connection of circuit is loose or not
- 2）The set state of position limit switch
- 3）Check the wearing condition of machanical part,If the screw is loose or not and fix them tightly
