1、 Daily inspection and preparation of hydraulic oil inspection and addition: Before use, check the hydraulic oil level to ensure that the hydraulic oil height is 2/3 of the lower machine base. When the oil level is insufficient, pure 46 # hydraulic oil needs to be added after fine filtration. Lubrication inspection: Check the lubrication between the column shaft and the guide frame, and add oil in a timely manner to maintain good lubrication. Power connection and operation inspection: Connect the power, start the motor according to the operating specifications, and check whether the various actions of the vulcanizing machine are normal.

2、 Hydraulic system maintenance hydraulic oil selection and filtration: Use 46 # hydraulic oil, and ensure that the oil is finely filtered before adding. Regular sedimentation and filtration of oil: Regularly release the oil, perform sedimentation and filtration before use, and clean the oil filter at the same time. Component cleaning and lubrication: Keep all parts of the machine clean, and regularly lubricate the column shaft and guide frame. Abnormal noise handling: If abnormal noise is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to use.

3、 Electrical system maintenance grounding and contact inspection: Ensure that the host and control box have reliable grounding, and all contacts must be clamped and regularly checked for looseness. Cleaning of electrical components and instruments: Keep electrical components and instruments clean and avoid impact or knocking. Fault handling: If a fault occurs, the machine should be stopped immediately for maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the electrical system.

4、 Other precautions for operating pressure control: The operating pressure should not exceed the rated pressure to ensure the safe operation of the vulcanizing machine. Mold size requirements: The minimum size of the mold should meet the machine requirements to avoid damag
