What are the steps to add vulcanizing agent in a rubber open mill

Rubber open mill is the abbreviation for open rubber mixing machine. Rubber factory is a type of rubber mixing machinery with exposed rollers used for preparing plastic rubber, mixed rubber, or conducting hot refining and molding.
After weighing the amount of rubber compound and vulcanizing agent, the next step is to add vulcanizing agent. It is recommended to follow the following steps to complete the process.
1. First, clean the open mill to ensure its cleanliness and prevent the mixing of other impurities.
2. Then reduce the roller spacing of the open mill and put the mixed rubber into the open mill for thinning.
3. After thinning, increase the roller spacing of the rubber mixer appropriately to ensure that the mixed rubber is evenly wrapped on the rollers. The surface temperature of the mixed rubber should be around 80℃
