75HSD hardness roll
The roller is made of LTG-H chromium-molybdenum or low nickel-chromium alloy chilled cast iron, centrifugally cast, the hardness of the chilled layer on the surface of the roller can reach 75HSD and the depth of the chilled layer is 15-20mm.

Hard gear reducer
The reducer adopts a hard tooth surface reducer, which is a four-axis three-stage transmission with a safety factor of more than 2.0. The reducer gear is made of 20CRMNTI material, which is carburized, quenched and ground. The accuracy reaches level 6 and the hardness reaches HRC58-62. The lubrication method is oil bath lubrication. Low noise, high transmission efficiency, long life.
